Director of Strategy & Programs

This new, full-time position has been developed to strengthen VMIAC’s growth and impact in the context of the Victorian Mental Health Royal Commission and implementation of recommendations and the National Productivity Commission Report on Mental Health.

The position is responsible for implementing our strategic directions and building partnerships to ensure key consumer issues are represented at individual, organisational, community, and system levels.

We need a talented HR person to help support our growing organisation. This role will help provide support and advice to ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices align with current practices. This position will be the initial point of contact for all recruitment, general HR queries, training, compliance and communications for human resources-related enquiries.

Program Evaluation Officer

The Program Evaluation Officer will work across VMIAC teams to co-design, co-plan and implement VMIAC’s internal program evaluation framework, develop and embed quality evaluation methodologies, and build VMIAC’s capacity to conduct consumer-led program evaluation.
