About this event
Drawing on strengths-based approaches, the CHECK-IN Online Group Peer support provides tools and strategies to help you manage distress, increase your ability to cope, and build resilience and connection. We offer weekly sessions of art making, trauma-informed embodiment practice, Wayapa Wuurrk, journaling and story sharing. CHECK-IN invites you into Peer relationships that involve give and take.
This free online program runs over eight 1.5hour sessions, on a Thursday at 4-5.30pm and is delivered online via Zoom. CHECK-IN is facilitated by lived experience Peer Workers, and guest facilitators, and is eligible to those living within Victoria, over the age of 18.
