Royal Commission Video Submissions

We are now inviting video responses to the recommendations from the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System interim report.

The Commission’s recommendations can be found here.

You can submit your video feedback in two ways:

One-to-one Zoom calls

Our peer workers are offering 15-minute one-to-one Zoom calls with consumers. In this session, you will be supported to provide feedback on one recommendation of your choice. These sessions will be recorded and submitted to the Commission with our final report in June.

To book a Zoom call with a peer worker, please call (03) 9380 3900 and ask for the Royal Commission team or email rcsupport@vmiac.org.au.

Pre-recorded video submission

You can also submit a pre-recorded video in which you respond to one or more recommendations of your choice. You will need to film yourself using a phone, camera or computer with video recording capabilities. The maximum length for these videos is 15 minutes. Your video will be included in our submission to the Commission in June.
