This event, hosted both online over zoom, and in person at CERES, will feature talks and discussions with Treasure Jennings, the Mental Health Complaints Commissioner, and Maggie Toko, Assistant Commissioner, (and former VMIAC CEO.)

This is a great opportunity for VMIAC our members and staff to hear about consumer’s right to complain about the public mental health services in Victoria what is in and out scope of the complaints process.

These talks will be followed by time for Q&A
