We are delighted to be hosting Dr Kath Sellick and Vrinda Edan on the 18th November to discuss their invaluable research Leading the Change – Working inside the broken mental health system.
This co-produced research explored the workplace experiences of lived experience workers in the mental health system in Victoria. For many years, consumer workers have spoken about the stigma and discrimination they experience within the system. This research is the first of its kind to use the expertise of consumers as researchers to explore these important issues.
