Consumer Lived and Living Experience Workforce Position Description Bank Consultations 

As part of the Lived and Living Workforce (LLEW) development program, we are developing a bank of position descriptions for the consumer lived and living experience workforce.

This project aims to promote consistency across different Victorian services and increase role clarity for different consumer LLEW roles. A position description describes a work role, tasks associated with that role, skills and values needed and what supports to expect.

To support the development of this project, we are looking to consult with current or previous consumer workers about position descriptions. Each consultation group will involve four participants, a VMIAC facilitator and a VMIAC note taker. The roles covered and the engagement dates are as follows:
